How do I cancel an order?
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours.
If your order has already been shipped we cannot entertain any request for cancellation.
To cancel an order, please send us an email at info@lappsale.com or message via whatspp on 1800 309 5180, +91-7669666379 with your order number within 24 hours from the time order is placed.
What are the conditions?
- Any Laptop purchased from the website can only be returned for repairs . Repairs are free for the first three months of the sale. after 3 month of the sale , repairs will be chargeable.
What are the refund policy?
- We do not provide any refund. we only provide repair warranty upto 3 months of the sales.
Where all do you ship?
- In India only.
How long does it take to ship my order?
- For all Ready to Ship products.- shipping to addresses within India, it takes between 2-3 working days for delivery to metros; rest of India 4-5 days ; International Orders 10-15 working days.
My card payment failed. What should I do?
- Please contact your bank they can help you with this.
Do you offer any EMI option?
- No, currently we do not offer any EMI or part payment options.
Do you do cash on delivery?
- No we do not offer COD services.
Is your payment gateway secure?
- Yes, definitely. Our website and checkout pages, all are https compliant, which you can check out in the address bar. We use Paytm to process your payments, and their process is also completely private and secure.
